ELASTIC THERMAL INSULATION USING LIQUID CERAMIC MICROSPHERES
Zeramic Extrem W Horizontal Supports
Elastic membrane for application on horizontal supports, whose application confers thermal insulation to the support. Zeramic Extrem W Horizontal Supports is made of hollow ceramic microspheres, titanium dioxide and photo cross-linked elastic acrylic emulsions.
Elastic, breathable, multi-adhesive product for horizontal walls, outdoor use.
Once applied, we achieve a seamless continuous surface, watertight and offering thermal insulation to the surface, both against cold and heat.
It can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray gun.
Aplications
ZERAMIC Extrem W is a membrane for horizontal walls, with extraordinary qualities. They are composed of hollow ceramic microspheres, which once dry allow seamless, uniform, continuous surfaces.
Properties
-Ecological: Low VOC content, at the same time immediately reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
-Antibacterial: Product in aqueous dispersion of silver ions particles coated with titanium dioxide.
-Reaction to fire: M-1 does not propagate fire.
-Thermal insulator: Cold-heat – 20 ° C to 180 ° C (both indoor and outdoor)
-Anti-condensation system: Product that eliminates cold bridging thus preventing condensation
-Tensile strength in accordance with Standard UNE-EN ISO 547: 2.0 MPa multi-adhesive
-Elongation to breaking point at 23° C in accordance with standard UNE-EN ISO 547: 190% elasticity
-Water permeability in accordance with standard UNE-EN 1062-3:2008: 5.47 * 1D³ Breathable
-Water vapour permeability in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 7783-2:1999: Class 10. 51Sd. Impermeable.
-Water permeability in accordance with standard UNE-EN 1062-3:2008: SD (m): 140±4D. Anti-Carbonation.
